If you register for the TNS Symposium, you may also attend the Allied Healthcare Workshop and/or any of the other Thursday workshops, all of which are included in the TNS Symposium registration fee. Simply select the workshop(s) you wish to attend during the registration process.

Please note pre-registration is mandatory and registration will be done on a first come, first served basis.  We accept individual registrations and group registrations.

Registration includes

Confirmation

  • In case of an individual booking, the participant will receive an email confirmation when the registration is final.
  • In case of a group booking the registration confirmation can be sent to the group responsible or to the individual delegate, depending on the email address that is filled out in the field "Email Correspondence" on the first page of the registration form.

 

Cancellation Policy

  • The registration is only confirmed once the payment has been received.
  • All cancellations must be requested by email (tns@beyond-associations.be).
  • For cancellations received on or before November 1st , a €60 administrative fee will be deducted from the refund.
  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after November 1st at 23:59 CET
